Meet Neshat, Founder and CEO
Over the past 25 years, I’ve worked in the consumer products industry, partnering with small start-ups all the way to the largest consumer goods and retail organizations in the world.
Over the course of my career, I gained incredible cross-functional experience, from manufacturing, quality & regulatory, and supply chain. I also moved within the industry – from food to cosmetics and beauty and then into household and home products. This constant learning, combined with building high-performing teams, programs, and functions energized me.
Then the unthinkable happened: I left my corporate job for a new startup.
And wow! I fell in love with the startup’s ideas, dynamic pace, and the need to wear many hats.
But I quickly realized there was a big gap in the market.
This gap was between innovative companies and the experts they needed to help their businesses grow.
I experienced the frustration of needing to develop products and scale quickly but feeling limited in the resources available. I knew we could work more efficiently and rapidly grow – if we just had the right experts.

Hi, I’m Sarah, managing partner and expert at JIT Experts Hive.
Before joining the team I had the privilege of leading compliance, product development, and quality assurance teams for major retailers like Target and Brandless, as well as serving as VP of Quality for a Private Label Manufacturer. Throughout my career, I’ve helped organizations implement brand protection strategies across diverse product categories, ensuring both safety and success.
With over 25 years of experience, I bring a wealth of knowledge to every project.
And now at JIT Experts Hive, I’ve had the opportunity to take on fractional leadership roles, helping clients develop supplier requirements, streamline compliance processes, and build regulatory testing programs for new products.
I’m passionate about blending science, proven methodology, and business to create win-win solutions that drive both product safety and business growth.
At JIT, I am able to use that passion to help our clients find innovative, tailored solutions to solve their business challenges.
